• Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
• Covering Performance and Goals and Succession.
• This includes consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client,s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
• This specialty includes implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
• At least one end to end implementation of Successfactors PMGM Module.
• Knowledge in current SF version is required.
• Gather and analyze the clients business.
• Configure/design Successfactors, and/or related systems based on HR best practices.
• Assist with preparation of training materials as well as teaching customers how to utilize Successfactors.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM is an added advantage
