Provide L1 support for SAP HCM modules including HR operations, HR administration, attendance, leave management, scheduling, employee onboarding and HR coordination. Support SAP HCM functional activities, resolve user issues, assist with HR processes and deliver operational support while working remotely. Freshers trained in SAP HCM are encouraged to apply for this entry-level opportunity.
Requirements
Freshers trained in SAP HCM with knowledge of HR operations, HR administration, attendance management, leave management, salary processing, scheduling and employee lifecycle activities. Good communication skills, willingness to learn enterprise HR systems and ability to provide L1 support for SAP HCM modules. Candidates with postgraduate qualifications are eligible.
