Job Description
The SAP HCM Consultant will have 4-6 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience in PA, OM, TM, and Indian Payroll. The consultant should have strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements, experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams, good knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules, experience in support environment or implementation projects, ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM issues independently, and experience with SF to SAP replication or CPI integrations.
Requirements
4-6 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience in PA/OM/TM/Payroll-Indian. Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements. Experience with SF to SAP replication/CPI integrations. Any Graduate qualification.
