Analyze and map client requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDD) or Business Process Design documentation. Manage client escalations effectively, setting and managing expectations with strong communication skills. Propose data migration strategies for rollout projects, including identifying risks and issues, and driving mitigation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Provide support and troubleshooting during rollout and post-go-live phases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, best practices, and industry trends. Technical Competencies:. Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience working with MDF objects, workflows, business rules, foundation objects, position management, time off, and OData APIs. Proven ability to manage business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Proficiency in designing reports and data migration strategies. Experience in handling client communication and resolving escalations. Certifications:. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory/preferred). Preferences:. Prior experience in HR domain. Experience with SAP HR on-premise modules is a plus.
