SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

Required Qualifications:. 5+ years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll or S/4HANA Payroll. Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting S/4 Concurrent Employment. Strong understanding of:. Employee Central person, employment, and user data structures. Primary and secondary assignments. PERNR and Central Person relationships. Employee Central to S/4HANA replication. Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing. Experience with payroll testing, including unit, integration, parallel, regression, and user acceptance testing. Experience troubleshooting replication, payroll calculation, master data, and integration defects. Ability to create functional specifications and work effectively with technical integration teams.
