Job Title: SAP HCM & ECP Consultant Company: Precision Sourcing Job Category: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: SAP HCM \& ECP Support Consultant This is an opportunity to work across the full SAP HR landscape, supporting and enhancing business\-critical solutions including SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM . Rather than sitting in a purely reactive support environment, you'll be involved in system enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives that directly influence HR and payroll operations across the organisation. Why This Role? ✅ Collaborate directly with HR, Payroll and business leaders * Provide AMS support including incident resolution, service requests, change requests and system enhancements * Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) * Support SAP Time Management and Time Evaluation processes * Maintain integrations between SuccessFactors, ECP and SAP S/4HANA HCM * Conduct testing, deployments, release support and regression testing activities * Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP HR solutions * Create and maintain documentation, knowledge articles and operational procedures * Partner with HR, Payroll, Business and Technical stakeholders to drive system stability and continuous improvement Work Location: Adelaide, South Australia, Australia Availability: Full time

You'll partner closely with HR, Payroll and business stakeholders while gaining exposure to complex enterprise payroll environments and large\-scale SAP landscapes. ✅ Hybrid working environment based in Adelaide ✅ Broaden your expertise across SuccessFactors, ECP and SAP HCM ✅ Work on enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives ✅ Join a stable, long\-term SAP environment with ongoing investment in HR technology What You'll Be Doing About You We're interested in speaking with SAP professionals who bring: * 4\+ years' experience with SAP Time Management, Time Evaluation and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) * Experience supporting SAP applications within an AMS or Application Support environment * Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA HCM and core HR processes * Exposure to enterprise HR and payroll systems * SAP HCM and/or ECP Certification (highly regarded) * SuccessFactors Employee Central experience * Exposure to integrations, APIs or Integration Center (advantageous) * Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem\-solving skills Key Skills: SAP HCM, SAP HR, Time Management, Payroll, Time Evaluation Salary: A$ 110000 - 130000 per yearly
