SAP HCM Developer

Support SAP HCM solutions across S/4HANA and SuccessFactors environments. Work closely with business users and process owners to analyze requirements, design solutions, perform configurations, execute integrated testing, deployment and documentation activities. Participate in implementation and enhancement projects, support upgrades, provide first and second level support and collaborate with global teams to ensure stable and efficient HR system operations. Contribute to process improvements, custom developments and system optimization initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of SAP HCM support experience preferred with expertise in functional analysis, requirements gathering, SAP configuration and testing across HCM modules. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in global environments, and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA HR solutions are highly desirable.
