SAP HCM Consultant with CATS

The SAP HCM Consultant with CATS expertise will implement and support SAP HCM modules with a focus on CATS functionality. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions, configure and customize CATS processes for time recording, approval, and integration with HR and Controlling, ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, PM, and PS, participate in S/4HANA implementation activities, testing, and documentation, and provide end-user support, training, and post-implementation assistance.

5-7 years of SAP HCM experience with strong CATS expertise. Must have worked on at least 1-2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. Deep understanding of time management, personnel administration, and payroll integration. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate.
