Job Description
Deliver end-to-end SAP HR solutions including requirement analysis, configuration, implementation, testing, user acceptance support, go-live activities and post-production support. Configure SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, ESS and MSS. Handle WebDynpro development, HR integrations, training and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
7+ years of SAP HCM implementation and support experience with strong expertise in ESS/MSS, Payroll, PA, OM and Time Management. Hands-on experience in WebDynpro Java and ABAP technologies, HR reporting, stakeholder management and enterprise HR process optimization.
