Sap Hcm Consultant

The SAP HCM Functional Consultant will configure and support core SAP HCM modules within ECC including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. The consultant will analyze and implement business requirements related to HR processes, customize HR processes using SAP standard configuration, define and maintain Infotypes, Personnel actions, Wage types & schemas, and Time evaluation rules. The role involves managing integration between HCM and other SAP modules including FI, CO, and MM, providing L2/L3 support for business users, troubleshooting master data, payroll processing, and time management issues, developing HR reports using SAP Query and Ad hoc Query, and performing unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.

5-9 years of SAP HCM experience with expertise in PA, OM, PT, and Payroll. Experience in SAP ECC configuration and integration with FI, CO, MM. Any Graduate qualification.
