SAP HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities :Assist senior SAP HCM consultants with implementation, configuration, testing, and support activities.Gain practical exposure to core SAP HCM processes.Understand and work with:Personnel Administration (PA)Organizational Management (OM)Time ManagementPayrollEmployee Master DataPersonnel ActionsOrganizational StructuresAssist with maintaining and updating employee and organizational master data.Understand basic Enterprise Structure and Personnel Structure.Gain exposure to employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, and employee separation.Assist with SAP HCM configuration and testing under the guidance of senior consultants.Prepare and execute functional test cases.Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving functional issues.Support preparation of functional documentation and process-related materials.Coordinate with HR, payroll, technical, and functional teams as required.Gain an understanding of integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules.

Basic understanding of SAP HCM.Basic knowledge of SAP navigation and transactions.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong learning attitude and willingness to develop SAP HCM expertise.SAP HCM training or certification.Practical exposure to SAP HCM through a training system or academic project.Basic knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll.Understanding of Time Management is an added advantage.Basic knowledge of SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors is a plus.Knowledge of HR operations and payroll processes is desirable.B.Com / M.ComBBA / MBA – HRBCA / MCAB.Tech / B.EAny relevant Graduate/Postgraduate qualificationCandidates who have completed SAP HCM training or certification are encouraged to apply.Knowledge of HR business processes.
