Job Description
The SAP HCM Consultant will facilitate implementation and support of SAP HCM, perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, and provide appropriate system solutions. The consultant will identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements, and have experience on SAP human capital management modules including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support. Comprehensive Functional Knowledge in SAP HR and a thorough understanding of customer needs is essential.
Requirements
2+ years SAP HCM experience with at least 1 ETE implementation. Advanced architectural knowledge of SAP. Strong knowledge of Business Processes. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Solution Manager 7.2. Any Graduate qualification.
