Job Title: SAP Fieldglass || 8-15 yrs || PAN India Company: client of neerinfo solutions SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities: * Good, in-depth experience working in one or more of the following: * SAP Fieldglass Solution Design and Configuration: Ability to understand and address client pain points around external workforce visibility, vendor compliance, and contingent spend, and advise best possible solution with SAP Fieldglass at core. * Functional experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management and/or Services Procurement (SOW), with minimum 2 end-to-end project implementations. * SAP Fieldglass Business Case and Roadmap Definition : Understanding and ability to develop business case focused on external workforce management transformation, contingent spend optimization, and VMS ROI quantification. * SAP Fieldglass Solution Development, Testing and Deployment : Ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry best practices. * Minimum of 8 years large scale SAP Fieldglass consulting experience, including hands-on configuration and integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Ariba. Functional experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management and/or Services Procurement (SOW), with minimum 2 end-to-end project implementations. * SAP Fieldglass Business Case and Roadmap Definition : Understanding and ability to develop business case focused on external workforce management transformation, contingent spend optimization, and VMS ROI quantification. * SAP Fieldglass Solution Development, Testing and Deployment: Ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry best practices and support end-to-end Fieldglass deployment including configuration of Position Templates, Characteristics, Milestone-Based Payments, Invoicing Process, Vendor Management, and Worker Lifecycle Management, in line with industry best practices.
