Roles & Responsibilities:
* 10\+ years of hands\-on experience in SAP ECC HCM Payroll, including implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support.
* Strong expertise in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
* Hands\-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and BIB integrations.
* Expertise in payroll schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), wage types, gratuity, pension calculations, and payslip generation.
* Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA HCM environments.Skilled in requirement gathering, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
* Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
