SAP Business One

Job Summary We are looking for 2 experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultants with 7–15 years of experience to join our product-based company in Pune. The ideal candidates should have strong experience in SAP Business One functional support and implementation/rollout projects, with good knowledge of core business processes. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support for SAP Business One (SAP B1). Work on SAP B1 implementation and rollout activities. Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP B1 solutions. Configure and support SAP B1 business processes. Analyze functional issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions. Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements. Support system enhancements, process improvements, and functional changes. Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user documentation. Conduct user training and provide functional guidance where required. Coordinate with technical teams for customization, integration, and issue resolution. Support testing, validation, and deployment of functional changes.

7–15 years of experience in SAP Business One. Strong hands-on experience in SAP B1 functional support. Experience in SAP B1 implementation and/or rollout projects. Strong understanding of business processes and functional requirements. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Product-based company experience will be an advantage.
