SAP HCM Consultant

Job Summary IDWteam is looking for SAP HCM Freshers / Junior Functional Consultants with strong knowledge of SAP HCM concepts. Candidates with SAP HCM Core Functional Certification will be given high priority. Key Responsibilities Assist senior consultants in SAP HCM implementation and support activities. Understand HR business requirements and map them to SAP HCM processes. Gain practical exposure to core SAP HCM functionalities. Work with Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM). Gain exposure to Time Management and basic Payroll concepts. Assist with functional testing and test-case execution. Support issue analysis and resolution. Prepare and maintain functional documentation. Coordinate with senior functional and technical teams. Learn and work on real-time SAP HCM business processes.

Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Core Functional concepts. SAP HCM Certification – Very High Priority. Understanding of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management. Basic knowledge of Time Management and Payroll is an advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Strong interest in building a career in SAP HCM.
