SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Job Title: SAP ABAP HR Consultant Company: Tata Technologies Job Category: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Develop and troubleshoot HR\-ABAP programs, enhancements, BAdIs, workflows, RFCs, IDocs, Web Services, Proxy, and OData services supporting HCM processes. * Design, develop, and support SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA/HCM integrations covering employee, organizational, payroll, and time data. * Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central including Custom MDFs, Business Rules, Workflows, RBP, Job Information, Employment Information, and organizational data. * Develop and support SuccessFactors Story Reports, Canvas Reports, and Table Reports using standard EC and custom MDF data sources. * Implement and troubleshoot BIB, Compound Employee API, OData, and delta\-based HR master data replication. * Develop and support EC SAP S4/Hana integration including employee master, organizational, payroll\-relevant, time, and absence data. * Support across SAP HCM PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management, resolving complex master\-data and payroll/time processing issues. * Troubleshoot HR infotypes, OM relationships, payroll results, wage types, time evaluation, time data, schemas/PCRs, and payroll\-related interfaces. * Collaborate with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Payroll, Time, integration, and business teams to deliver reliable end\-to\-end HR integrations. * Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM/S/4HANA, and SuccessFactorsSAP integrations. * Experience with Employee Central Custom MDFs, Business Rules, Workflows, RBP, Story Reports, and Canvas Reports. * Expertise in SAP HCM PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management with excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. * Experience with HR\-ABAP, infotypes, OM relationships, payroll processing, time evaluation, IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, Proxy, and OData. * Experience in end\-to\-end integration monitoring, root\-cause analysis, performance troubleshooting, and production support. * Hands\-on experience with BIB, P2P replication, Compound Employee API, OData, SOAP, REST, SFTP, and XML/JSON integrations. * Experience with Postman, API testing and SAP Integration Suite. * Experience in Payroll Schemas, Functions, Operations. * Experience in Webdynpro, Workflow and FIORI related custom developments. * Good to have Knowledge in SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite, iFlows, Groovy, XSLT, Message Mapping, and SuccessFactors adapters Work Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time
