SAP ABAP Developer (TM)

This SAP ABAP Developer role at Global Business Ser 4u focuses on SAP Transportation Management (TM) with strong hands‑on experience in Freight Settlement and posting processes for customer shipments, STO shipments, and intercompany sales scenarios. You will develop and integrate SAP TM interfaces using standard S/4HANA TM proxies. Your tasks include charge calculation enhancements and custom developments, as well as working with Rail Bill of Lading (BOL) integrations via EDI. The role requires a technically strong developer with solid end‑to‑end TM integration experience. The role also involves close collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on experience in SAP TM Freight Settlement, S/4HANA TM proxies, charge calculation enhancements, and EDI (especially Rail BOL). Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional and offshore teams are expected. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant SAP certifications.
