SAP ABAP Sr.Consultant

This SAP ABAP Sr.Consultant role at Align Techne requires a strong Individual Contributor with Implementation or Migration experience - ECC to S4 HANA Migration. You must have ODATA Services, OOPs Framework, RICEF (Customizations including BADI, BAPI, User Exit, Customer Exit), RAP framework (Critical), and CDS Views (Critical). Daily responsibilities include developing, enhancing, and maintaining SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows, analyzing business requirements and designing technical solutions aligned with SAP best practices, performing custom development for SAP modules including integration with third-party applications, and optimizing existing ABAP programs to improve system performance. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the team.

The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of experience with strong expertise in ODATA Services, OOPs Framework, RICEF, RAP Framework, and CDS Views. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
