SAP ABAP Consultant-Bangalore

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, test, and support SAP applications and custom developments. The candidate should have strong expertise in ABAP programming, SAP data dictionary, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities. Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Design and develop:. Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV). BDC Programs. Smart Forms / SAP Scripts / Adobe Forms. User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework. RFC, BAPI, IDoc, ALE Interfaces. Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Create technical specifications based on functional requirements. Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Support SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects. Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews and unit testing activities. Required Skills. Strong experience in SAP ABAP development. Expertise in:. Data Dictionary (Tables, Structures, Views, Lock Objects). Reports and ALV Programming. Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms. Enhancements (User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Points). BAPI, RFC, IDoc, ALE. Module Pool Programming. ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOABAP). Performance Tuning and Debugging. Knowledge of SAP functional modules such as MM, SD, FICO, PP, or HCM. Experience with SAP HANA and ABAP on HANA is preferred.
