Role & Responsibilities. Design, develop, configure, and support SAP solutions (Any SAP Module / ABAP) based on business requirements. Develop and enhance ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF). Work on SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities. Ensure compliance with SAP standards, security, and best practices. For senior/manager levels: lead teams, review designs, manage delivery, and mentor junior resources. Preferred Candidate Profile. Experience in SAP (Any Module) and/or ABAP Development. Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration concepts. Hands-on experience with ABAP, OOP ABAP, Enhancements, SmartForms / Adobe Forms (as applicable). Exposure to S/4HANA is an added advantage. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in client-facing, agile, and delivery-driven environments. Suitable for Junior, Senior, Lead, and Manager-level professionals based on experience. Accenture project exposure preferred
