SAP ABAP / ODATA Developer - WebDynpro / WRICEF

This SAP ABAP / OData Developer role at Benovymed Healthcare, based across Bengaluru and Patna, centers on a somewhat less common combination of legacy and modern SAP UI technologies: WebDynpro and WRICEF alongside OData and Fiori/UI5. You will develop and maintain ABAP applications built on WebDynpro, working within the WRICEF framework for enhancement-heavy projects, while also designing OData services that support newer Fiori-based interfaces. Traditional RICEF-adjacent work continues alongside this, including ALV reports, SmartForms, and SAP Scripts, plus enhancement work using BADIs, User Exits, and the Enhancement Framework more broadly. This dual focus on older WebDynpro maintenance and newer OData/Fiori development suggests the client is running a mixed UI landscape during an ongoing modernization effort.

This position requires 3-6 years of relevant experience with mandatory SuccessFactors certification, since Deloitte will not consider candidates without formal certification in at least one core module. Practical delivery experience across Employee Central, LMS, Compensation, or PMGM is required, and broader SAP HCM background is expected as supporting context. Because mentoring junior team members is an explicit part of this role, candidates should have prior experience guiding less experienced consultants rather than working purely as an individual contributor. Strong client-facing communication skills are essential given Deloitte's consulting delivery model.
