Key Responsibilities. Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications. Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and Flows. Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using middleware or APIs. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements. Participate in deployment activities using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX. Maintain technical documentation and support production releases. Required Skills. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development. Strong expertise in:. Apex Programming. Lightning Web Components (LWC). Aura Components. Visualforce. SOQL SOSL. Salesforce Flows. Triggers. Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP). Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools. Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills. Experience in Healthcare Cloud or healthcare-related Salesforce implementations. Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or healthcare integrations is an added advantage. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is a plus.
