Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce implementation, participating in code reviews, and contributing to improving overall code quality. The role requires strong understanding of Salesforce development principles including Apex, LWC/Aura, and SOQL, with experience in integrations and API knowledge.

Experience with integrations, API knowledge, and experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively, and strong analytical skills are essential. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
