Job Title: Salesforce Architect Company: RECRIVIO Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: Role: Salesforce Architect Role Overview Key Responsibilities * Design scalable and secure Salesforce architectures aligned with business objectives. * Lead Salesforce implementation, customization, configuration, and deployment initiatives. * Define technical architecture, data models, integration patterns, and development standards. * Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Oversee Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools. * Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. * Ensure data security, access controls, governance, performance, and platform scalability. * Guide development teams on best practices, code reviews, and technical problem\-solving. * Manage release planning, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and environment management. * Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using Salesforce capabilities. * 8–12 years of overall experience in Salesforce development, implementation, and solution architecture. * Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modelling, security, and governor limits. * Hands\-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow. * Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise application architecture. * Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products. * Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, version control, and CI/CD practices. * Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams. A technically strong Salesforce professional who can combine hands\-on expertise with architectural leadership, drive complex implementations, and deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions.
