The business relies on strong relationships, proprietary intelligence, and technology to improve workflows across deal sourcing, executive search, and relationship management. Salesforce is a core platform supporting daily operations, and the team is focused on continuously improving its capabilities through automation, clean configuration, and AI\-assisted development. About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Developer \& Administrator who can take ownership of the platform, from day\-to\-day administration and configuration to building automations that improve business efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining Salesforce performance, developing scalable solutions, supporting integrations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The role involves hands\-on development using Salesforce technologies and AI\-assisted tools such as Claude and Claude Code. Key Responsibilities * Manage users, permission sets, profiles, roles, and security settings. * Manage case queues, assignment rules, escalation rules, and service workflows. * Maintain object schemas, page layouts, validation rules, record types, and field\-level security. * Perform data quality checks, deduplication, and data import/export operations. * Manage sandbox environments, data refreshes, and end\-user support. Salesforce Development \& Technical Execution * Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, Process Builder automations, and declarative solutions. * Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Write and maintain test classes to support deployments and code coverage requirements. * Follow Salesforce best practices to build scalable, well\-documented solutions. * Support metadata deployments using Git\-based version control and managed releases. * Configure and troubleshoot third\-party systems integrated with Salesforce. * Support API\-level integration work and map data flows between Salesforce and connected platforms. * Maintain documentation of integration configurations, field mappings, and system dependencies. AI\-Assisted Development * Use AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code in development, automation, and documentation workflows. * Leverage AI\-assisted development to accelerate configuration, improve test coverage, and enhance solution quality. * Stay open to adopting new AI tools and development practices. * Maintain Jira tickets, track sprint progress, and keep project statuses updated. * Participate in sprint planning, stand\-ups, and retrospectives. * Communicate blockers and delivery timelines clearly. * Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical tasks. * Support internal teams that rely on Salesforce for daily operations. * Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, and case management * AI Development: Claude and Claude Code * Version Control: Git / GitHub * Productivity \& Integrations: Google Workspace, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and Apps Script * Project Management: Jira Work Location: Pune City, Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time

* 5\+ years of hands\-on Salesforce administration experience in a production environment. * Demonstrated Salesforce development experience with Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components. * Active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201\) or Platform Developer I certification, or higher. * Experience with Git\-based version control and Salesforce deployments. * Strong hands\-on individual contributor mindset, with the ability to configure and develop solutions directly. * Ability to work from Pune in a hybrid setup, in\-office Monday to Wednesday. * Salesforce Platform Developer II or additional certifications, such as Service Cloud or Advanced Administrator. * Experience integrating Salesforce with third\-party systems through APIs or middleware. * Familiarity with AI\-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot. * Experience in private equity, financial services, or executive search.
