Key Responsibilities * Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow SPM/PPM applications. * Work on Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Idea Management. * Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. * Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer. * Translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Configure SPM data models, portfolio structures, hierarchies, and prioritization. * Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. * Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics. * Troubleshoot issues and provide production support. * Participate in testing, deployment, upgrades, and release management. * Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and architects. * 8\+ years of hands\-on ServiceNow development experience. * Strong hands\-on experience in ServiceNow SPM / PPM. * Experience with Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management. * Knowledge of Resource Management, Portfolio Planning, and Idea Management. * Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills. * Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies. * Experience with REST/SOAP integrations. * Knowledge of ServiceNow tables, forms, reports, dashboards, and data imports. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
