Job Title: Salesforce Developer Company: Medibank Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: In this role, you'll help shape and evolve our Salesforce and MarTech ecosystem across Corporate, Overseas, Health \& Wellbeing, working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next. Key Responsibilities: * Leading technical solution design and requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders to deliver end to end solutions within Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud. * Maintain, enhance and extend Salesforce platform capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next. * Configure and support Salesforce Scheduler, including booking architecture, territories, operating hours, routing logic and resource allocation. * Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring secure, reliable and scalable connectivity. * Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, configurations and enhancements. * Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve platform performance and enable business growth. * Troubleshoot platform issues, support end users and maintain data integrity and governance standards. * Extend and enhance Data Cloud capabilities to support customer segmentation and marketing journeys. Must haves: * Experience as a Salesforce Developer, Administrator or Platform Engineer. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and data models. * Proficiency with Flow Builder and an understanding of Salesforce technologies such as Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for advanced Salesforce use cases. * Experience working with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, Personalisation and Data Cloud. * Experience delivering and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. * Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and outcomes. * Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline. * A proactive, results\-driven approach with strong analytical and commercial thinking.
