Job Description: About the Role Key Responsibilities * Design and implement complex declarative solutions across multiple Salesforce objects and business processes. * Build and maintain advanced Salesforce Flow orchestrations and reusable automation frameworks. * Configure sophisticated sharing and security models, including organization-wide defaults, role hierarchies, sharing rules, permission sets, and access controls. * Maintain clear traceability between business requirements, solution designs, and platform configurations. * Create and maintain solution design documents and other technical documentation. * Troubleshoot complex issues involving configurations, automations, data access, and user permissions. * Support user acceptance testing, release planning, deployment readiness, and post-release validation. * Conduct peer reviews of configuration and automation changes to promote quality and adherence to platform standards. * Identify opportunities to simplify solutions, standardize processes, improve maintainability, and reduce technical debt. * Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, architects, administrators, and testing teams. * Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator credential. * Experience designing complex Flow orchestration and reusable automation frameworks. * Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments with multiple teams and stakeholder groups. * Knowledge of Salesforce release management, deployment practices, and user acceptance testing. * Experience establishing configuration standards, governance controls, and technical-debt reduction initiatives. * Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and working with geographically distributed teams.
