Job Title: TIAA - Lead Developer Company: NTT Ltd Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Salesforce Developer Role Summary Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, OmniStudio, and Salesforce configuration. Develop reusable and scalable Lightning Web Components and custom Salesforce functionality. Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processing. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Web Services, OmniStudio Integration Procedures, and middleware/integration platforms. Work with Salesforce security concepts including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, and field-level security. Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, estimation, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. Follow Salesforce development standards and ensure adherence to governor limits, security, performance, and maintainability best practices. Support CI/CD and release management processes across Salesforce environments. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, product owners, and other developers in an Agile delivery environment. Build guided digital experiences and industry-specific processes using OmniStudio. Required Skills Experience Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform and ecosystem. Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including: • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Industries solutions. Experience with Salesforce deployment and source-control tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams. Experience with Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, Salesforce Industries, or other Salesforce Clouds. Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or other enterprise integration technologies. Experience with Salesforce DevOps and automated deployment processes. Experience designing reusable OmniStudio components and optimizing DataRaptors and Integration Procedures. Salesforce certifications such as: • Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline/experience.
