Roles and Responsibility. Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement technical solutions. Develop custom applications and integrations using Apex, LWC, and other relevant technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementation. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce development. Job Requirements. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Force com objects, fields, and relationships. Experience with Service Cloud development, including customization, configuration, and integration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Apex. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
