Key Responsibilities * Sales Management * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. * Increase sales across retail outlets, QSR operations, bakery, and sweets. * Identify new business opportunities and potential customers. * Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports. * Marketing \& Branding * Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns. * Build brand awareness for Bhaskar Group and its outlets. * Manage social media promotions, advertising, and local marketing. * Develop promotional offers and seasonal campaigns. * Customer \& Business Development * Develop relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and bulk buyers. * Explore catering, bulk sweets orders, and partnership opportunities. * Monitor customer feedback and improve customer retention. * Team Management * Lead, train, and monitor the sales and marketing team. * Allocate responsibilities and track individual performance. * Coordinate with operations, production, and outlet managers. * Reporting \& Budgeting * Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets. * Analyze competitor activities and market trends. * Ensure marketing expenditure is aligned with business objectives. Required Qualifications \& Skills * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * 0-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the F\&B, QSR, bakery, or sweets industry. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. * Leadership, planning, and analytical abilities. * Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple outlets.
