Relevant PM SAP SuccessFactors Experience : 7+ years

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration methodologies, with the ability to ensure successful project delivery while meeting business objectives. Should have experience in Software Development Lifecycle. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and deliverables. Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross functional project plan, and actively manage project timelines. Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization of resources. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure project success. Perform Project Financial Management Develops overall project budget and control costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures budget constraints.
