Regional HRIS Manager

Job Title: Regional HRIS Manager Company: AVANCO SEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED SAP Module: SAP SuccessFactors Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Global HRIS Transformation Lead Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the global SAP SuccessFactors project. Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and governance structures. Coordinate activities across HR,IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, Legal, and external implementation partners. Manage process redesign initiatives across the employee lifecycle. SuccessFactors Solution Leadership Collaborate with implementation partners on solution architecture, design decisions, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities. Lead and support moduleimplementation, enhancement, stabilization, and ongoing support activitiesacross the SuccessFactors suite, ensuring solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with global design principles. Stakeholder & Change Management Manage senior stakeholder expectations and secure executive sponsorship. Co-develop communication and change management strategies with Corporate Communication and internal communication team to maximize adoption. Work closely with HR business leaders and regional teams to ensure readiness for deployment. Vendor Management Manage system integrators, consulting partners, and software vendors. Review and govern project deliverables, solution quality, and contractual commitments. Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation optimization initiatives Work Location: Singapore, S00, Singapore Availability: Full time

Provide functional, technical, and strategic guidance across multiple SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, People Analytics, EC-Time Off, Time Tracking, EC Payroll and related integration areas. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, audit, and regulatory requirements.
