Role & responsibilities. Project & Program Management. Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple learning and technology projects from initiation through closure. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed quality, cost, and schedule parameters. Establish project governance and provide regular executive-level status reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications. 10+ years of project/program management experience in the Learning & Development industry. Proven experience managing global learning transformation programs. Hands-on experience with LMS and LXP implementations and migrations. Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
