Project Manager II

Job Summary. SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation and implementation programs, preferably within the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery across planning, design, build, testing, data migration, deployment and hyper care, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, SAP Activate methodology, global template/rollout programs and cross-functional SAP landscapes, combined with an understanding of GxP, CSV/CSA and regulated Life Sciences environments. Responsibilities. Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation / transformation programs from initiation through go-live and hypercare. Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality and overall delivery. Drive project execution using SAP Activate methodology and appropriate Agile/Hybrid delivery practices. Experience managing large, complex and multi-country SAP programs. Manage global and cross-functional teams across SAP functional and technical workstreams. Provide regular reporting to Steering Committee, PMO and senior leadership, including project status, financials, risks and milestones. Own project governance, including weekly project reviews, workstream reviews, executive reporting and SteerCo meetings. Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and are completed on time. Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
