Operations And Maintenance Manager

Role Location & Travel. This is primarily an Ahmedabad Head Officebased managerial position. The O&M Manager will manage and monitor multiple Ground-Mounted Solar PV plants through site O&M teams, SCADA/remote monitoring systems, MIS and regular coordination. The candidate will be required to travel to project sites occasionally, depending on operational requirements, including:. Periodic plant audits and inspections. Major breakdowns or critical technical issues. Plant takeover and O&M handover inspections. Performance improvement assessments. Client meetings and technical reviews. Major preventive maintenance activities. Testing of critical HT equipment. Investigation of recurring plant faults. Site team performance reviews. Emergency situations requiring managerial/technical intervention. Routine day-to-day plant operation and maintenance shall be handled by the respective Site O&M Engineers/Technicians, while the O&M Manager will be responsible for centralized monitoring, technical supervision, performance management and overall control of the O&M portfolio from the Ahmedabad Head Office.

Experience required: 5 - 10 years. Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical. Location: Ahmedabad. Employment type: Full Time, Permanent.
