Role & Responsibilities:. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Lead – Solar EPC to take end-to-end responsibility for the planning, execution, coordination, and successful completion of Solar EPC projects. Key Responsibilities:. Lead and manage end-to-end Solar EPC project execution from planning to commissioning and handover. Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Commercial, Finance, and Site teams. Manage project timelines, resources, manpower, materials, and site activities to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials at site. Oversee civil, structural, electrical, module installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Review BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, material requirements, and project documentation. Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance. Identify project risks, delays, and execution issues and implement appropriate corrective actions. Manage vendors and subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements. Monitor project billing, measurements, material consumption, and commercial activities. Prepare project MIS, progress reports, and regular updates for management and clients. Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, approved drawings, and technical specifications. Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination between office and site operations. Coordinate testing, commissioning, documentation, client handover, and project closure. Preferred Candidate Profile:. 5–10 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Power / Infrastructure projects. Strong experience in end-to-end Solar EPC project execution and site management. Experience handling clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, procurement coordination, BOQ, billing, and project documentation. Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple project activities and deliver projects within committed timelines. Candidates with experience in utility-scale solar projects will be preferred. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
