Process and resolve SAP PM L2 Incidents in coordination with other support levels. Provide root cause analysis (Incident Management)
Process standard SAP PM Requests (Request Management)
Implementation, testing and documentation of SAP PM configuration changes (Change Requests Management)
Support in Non Regression Testing campaigns
Support in analysis of new business requirements and development of solution designs
Review SAP Ariba Release Notes and support in evaluating the impact on the existing solution
