The role is responsible for establishing and governing PMO frameworks, providing portfolio-level visibility, enabling executive decision-making, and driving standardization, performance excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple construction projects. The position requires balancing executive-level reporting, engineering execution, and business outcomes.
