Program Manager

Job Title: Program Manager Company: Doha Bank SAP Module: SPP PM Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the governance and delivery of a major Core Banking Transformation Program. The successful candidate will provide end-to end program leadership, ensuring robust governance, timely delivery, budget adherence, risk management, stakeholder alignment and successful realization of strategic business outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Lead the Core Banking PMO and oversee the portfolio of core banking initiatives and workstreams. * Develop and manage the end-to-end Master Plan covering Core Banking and all related satellite systems. * Ensure alignment across Business, Operations, Technology and Transformation functions. * Monitor program health, milestones, dependencies, critical paths and delivery against agreed objectives. * Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits realization. * Drive delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality parameters. * Manage complex interdependencies across multiple programs, projects and business units. * Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders and competing priorities. * Prepare strategic updates, recommendations and decision papers for Senior Management and Steering Committees. * Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues with appropriate resolution strategies. * Oversee program budgets, forecasts and financial controls. * Support organisational readiness, communication and change management across functions impacted by the transformation. * Reporting to: SVP – Strategic PMO Work Location: Doha, Qatar Availability: Full time
