Our Talent \& Now P\&C team plays a key role in ensuring that our talent acquisition and recruitment systems work effectively for the business. We are now looking for a Product Specialist to act as a functional subject matter expert in Recruitment \& Onboarding. You will support Product Owners by providing guidance on talent management, recruitment, and onboarding, while driving stakeholder engagement, product adoption, and continuous improvement. • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and continuous product improvement. • Ability to coordinate activities, including virtual collaboration, to achieve business objectives. • Strong IKEA leadership skills, using sound judgement to make timely and effective decisions. • Ability to understand the complexity of the IKEA business and the role of technology as an integrated part of it. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our Recruitment \& Onboarding systems deliver value to the business and support efficient, data\-driven decision\-making. You will support Product Owners in making tactical decisions by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital products. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for product team members and other coworkers, providing insights, context, and additional information to clarify what is required. Specifically, you will: • Support Product Owners in product planning, prioritization, and backlog refinement. • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and implementation partners to deliver business value. • Support release planning, UAT, change management, and business readiness activities. • The opportunity to shape how large\-scale HR digital processes are developed and improved. • Ability to translate business requirements into functional product requirements. • Bring a minimum of 4–5 years’ experience as a subject matter expert in recruitment and onboarding processes, with technology exposure to Avature or SmartRecruiters ATS. • Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and functional requirements. • Facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
