In this role, you will work with engineering teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads to support the execution of technology initiatives. JOB DESCRIPTION About the role Provide dedicated procurement business partnering and end\-to\-end procurement support for initiatives that enable healthcare delivery, patient flow, care ecosystem operations, and business services. The role will lead and manage procurement activities across the assigned portfolio, including sourcing strategy development, procurement planning, tender management, contract renewals, supplier management, governance approvals, and stakeholder advisory. The incumbent is expected to work closely with business, operations and project teams to support critical healthcare and operational initiatives, ensure continuity of services through timely contract management and renewals, drive value\-for\-money outcomes, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance requirements. Key responsibilities * Provide procurement advisory and support on all procurement matters to the assigned business units and stakeholders supporting healthcare operations, patient flow, care enablement and business initiatives * Analyze, strategize, plan and implement sourcing strategies for categories of products and services supporting healthcare operations, care delivery, patient flow and business enablement initiatives * Assist in driving initiatives to consolidate, rationalise and streamline procurement demand across business and operational functions to achieve better value, savings and vendor management outcomes * Manage, track and support end\-to\-end procurement activities such as Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation and maintenance contract renewal * Lead negotiations with suppliers * Prepare the required procurement approval papers and documents * Identify opportunities and implement actions to reduce overall costs * Provide guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policy and relevant guidelines and regulations * Monitor contract renewals and ensure renewal activities are initiated and completed ahead of contract expiry to support continuity of critical business and operational services * Maintain vendor, contract and procurement records to support business planning, operational continuity and procurement governance Work Location: Singapore, Singapore Availability: Full time

* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, Engineering or a related discipline * 5\+ years or more of working experience * Experience in IT procurement is required * People Management experience * Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage * SLM (Service Level Management) knowledge and relevant implementation experience is a strong advantage * Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to work with people at all levels * Articulated and good business writing skills * Team player who is also able to work independently to deliver results with minimal guidance * Strong negotiation, sound business acumen, good number analysis and influencing skills \> Important Note: If this requirement is not a match for you please refer to your friends.
