Manager - Warehouse

Role & responsibilities. Manage receipt, inspection, storage and issue of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates and Finished Goods as per SOPs. Prepare GAR/GRN, coordinate QC sampling, material labelling, weighing and documentation. Maintain warehouse records, logbooks, inventory reconciliation and label records. Manage SAP transactions, stock verification and monitoring of slow/non-moving materials. Ensure proper handling of solvents, hazardous materials, engineering/project stores and spares. Coordinate finished goods dispatch, logistics and transporter activities. Ensure GMP/GDP compliance and readiness for regulatory and customer audits. Handle Excise, Prohibition, Narcotics, Petroleum and Poison Act requirements and statutory records. Prepare/review SOPs and conduct training for warehouse personnel. Manage change control, deviations, CAPA and incident investigations. Ensure warehouse safety, housekeeping, fixed-asset reconciliation and effective utilization of manpower. Preferred candidate profile. Strong understanding of GMP/GDP norms for pharma, biotech, and premix products. Regulatory and audit preparedness (USFDA, WHO, EDQM, FSSAI, etc.). Leadership and team development. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration across functions. High attention to documentation and compliance detail
