Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist Company: Bytez Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description – Performance Marketing Specialist Roles \& Responsibilities * Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. * Develop effective lead generation strategies. * Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. * Create and optimise search, display, and social media ad campaigns. * Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, and conversions. * Analyse campaign data and improve advertising performance. * Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. * Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages. * Prepare regular campaign performance reports. * Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce advertising costs. * Proven hands\-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Strong knowledge of PPC and performance marketing. * Experience in lead generation campaigns. * Good understanding of keyword research and audience targeting. * Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. * Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise performance. * Experience with ad budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
