Job Title: Junior CRM & Partner Manager Company: Nu Metro Cinemas Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Nu Metro Cinemas is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Junior Partner \& CRM Manager to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will support the management and growth of Nu Metro's strategic partnerships, loyalty initiatives and CRM activities. This role will focus on building strong partner relationships, coordinating campaigns and promotions, and using customer data and insights to improve engagement, retention and revenue. The ideal candidate will be organised, analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of partnerships, customer relationship management, digital marketing and campaign execution. Key Requirements * Relevant degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, CRM or a related field. * 2–3 years' relevant experience in CRM, loyalty, partnerships, digital marketing or campaign management. * Experience working with customer data, segmentation and campaign reporting. * Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. * Good understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement principles. * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills. * Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. * Commercially aware with strong attention to detail. * Experience within retail, entertainment, hospitality, financial services, loyalty or consumer\-facing businesses would be advantageous.
