Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive Company: Lanstitut Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role Key Responsibilities * Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. * Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to generate quality leads and conversions. * Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, and overall performance. * Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research. * Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spending. * Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages. * Track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools. * Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights. * Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad campaigns. * Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates. Understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns. Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
