E-commerce Operations Manager

Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager Company: KIVOQ INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Role Purpose Key Responsibilities 1. KIVOQ Webstore Management \* Maintain product listings, images, descriptions, specifications, prices, stock availability, and offers. \* Coordinate with the website developer to resolve errors and improve the buying process. \* Monitor incoming orders and verify payment and customer delivery details. \* Coordinate invoicing, picking, packing, and dispatch with accounts and warehouse teams. \* Manage Amazon Seller Central and maintain accurate listings, variations, pricing, and inventory. \* Coordinate fulfilment through the company’s applicable Amazon fulfilment model. \* Monitor account health, listing issues, customer enquiries, returns, and claims. \* Maintain SKU-level stock visibility across the webstore, Amazon, and warehouse. \* Maintain a master product sheet covering SKU codes, specifications, compatibility, prices, and listing status. 5. Campaign & Sales Support \* Coordinate with the digital marketing agency for Meta and Google campaigns. \* Monitor campaign-driven orders, checkout issues, and abandoned carts. \* Coordinate tracking issues with the agency and website developer. \* Ability to coordinate with warehouse, accounts, developers, designers, and marketing agencies. Key Performance Indicators \* Establish Andaman and Nicobar Islands order-to-delivery workflow with clear responsibilities. Preferred Experience: 2-3 years in e-commerce operations, including hands-on experience managing a brand webstore and Amazon Seller Central. \* Regularly check the mobile shopping experience, cart, checkout, address entry, shipping charges, and payment confirmation. Required Skills & Experience \* Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central. \* Experience managing Shopify, WooCommerce, Odisha the platform used by KIVOQ. \* Consumer electronics Odisha mobile accessories experience preferred. Key Skills: Digital Marketing Salary: INR 12000 - 50000 per monthly
