Performance Marketer

Job Title: Performance Marketer Company: Shraz flexible dieting solutions pvt ltd Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2\+ years of experience who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities * Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. * Develop performance marketing strategies to generate quality leads and conversions. * Conduct audience research, targeting, segmentation, and competitor analysis. * Monitor campaign performance, including CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality. * Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives. * Manage and monitor daily and monthly advertising budgets. * Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies. * Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high\-performing ad creatives. * Analyze campaign reports and provide regular performance updates to management. * Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI. * Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, advertising trends, and performance marketing strategies. * Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance. * 2\+ years of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing. * Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager. * Experience in Facebook and Instagram lead\-generation campaigns. * Good understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively. * Experience with A/B testing and campaign scaling. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. * Meta Ads * Facebook Ads * Instagram Ads * Lead Generation * Performance Marketing * Digital Marketing * Campaign Optimization * Audience Targeting * A/B Testing * Conversion Optimization * Google Analytics * Google Ads Work Location: In person Work Location: KA, India Availability: Full time
