Performance Marketer

Job Title: Performance Marketer Company: Dtroffle Info Private Limited Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, while exploring LinkedIn and other paid channels to help our clients scale. You’ll work closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver campaigns that not only perform but also tell a story. * Plan, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads * Set up and monitor campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and lower CAC * Research and experiment with new channels like LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging ad platforms * Collaborate with creative and content teams to build high\-converting ad creatives and copy * Track, analyse, and report on campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads dashboards * Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and reducing cost inefficiencies * Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks * Provide insights to inform cross\-channel growth strategies Work Location: In person Work Location: Uttar Pradesh, India Availability: Full time

* 1 \- 0 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency * Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is a must * Exposure to LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other emerging channels is a plus * Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and funnel optimisation * Ability to work with data and analytics to drive campaign decisions * Comfortable working on multiple brands in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment * A growth\-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and testing Key Skills: Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Performance Marketing Salary: INR 10000 - 15000 per monthly
